After a rather tough play, Stark FC's Paulino Tiso got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Stark FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aquiles Oxarra was slow to take the kick. During this time Chøp FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Aquiles Oxarra almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Stark FC's Gervasio Farias did a great save. 10 minutes into the match, Carlos Guib notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Chøp FC's Igor Urtungo. Igor Urtungo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gervasio Farias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Bitxintxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredo Izel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gervasio Farias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stark FC's goalkeeper Gervasio Farias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gervasio Farias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braulio Bitxintxo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Stark FC's Fabio Tristan suffered a sore thigh after 23 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Prudencio Innocenzio fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chøp FC's protests and gave Prudencio Innocenzio a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Chøp FC's Prudencio Innocenzio got a free kick in the 24th minute. Stark FC's Mauro Jakes got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 32 minutes, Braulio Bitxintxo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chøp FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Braulio Bitxintxo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Igor Urtungo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Jakes in the 34th minute of the match. Luisito Marin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stark FC's goalkeeper Gervasio Farias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Braulio Bitxintxo to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Alfredo Izel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Alfredo Izel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gervasio Farias was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Braulio Bitxintxo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Gervasio Farias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saul Gines during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Saul Gines kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Aquiles Oxarra took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gervasio Farias. Stark FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mauro Jakes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Urtungo having to interfere. Braulio Bitxintxo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Farias having to interfere. Alfredo Izel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mauro Jakes got free with Igor Urtungo in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alfredo Izel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Farias having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severo Behe in the 77th minute of play forced Stark FC's goalkeeper Gervasio Farias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Prudencio Innocenzio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chøp FC's Ariel Cutberto was substituted for Prudencio Innocenzio. The supporters of Stark FC booed when Chøp FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prudencio Innocenzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Severo Behe came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Chøp FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severo Behe couldn't finish the play. Chøp FC's Alfredo Izel got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Although Chøp FC had been in control for most of the match, Stark FC still came away with the win.
