When Evaristo Natal came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Dynamo Gabriel Kyiv 04 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Natal couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adrian Oton made a kick off. Dynamo Gabriel Kyiv 04's Hugh Page played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Bernard in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Dynamo Gabriel Kyiv 04 booed when Zaeta Roja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Ereinotz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Evaristo Natal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nemesio Criston was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. In the 64th match minute, Zaeta Roja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Oton to maneuver through the defense. When Feliciano Garoa fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zaeta Roja's protests and gave Feliciano Garoa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 73rd minute, Adrian Oton made a precise shot to the right of Hugh Page. Dynamo Gabriel Kyiv 04's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 81st minute, Adrian Oton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zaeta Roja fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. With an all-out effort, Zaeta Roja's Hugh Page threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Amadeo Bernard, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 86 minutes Dynamo Gabriel Kyiv 04's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Silvio Jago who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Zaeta Roja's Adrian Oton to fire away a dangerous shot which Hugh Page despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of Zaeta Roja were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Dynamo Gabriel Kyiv 04 side.
