Diegotte FC:s Luisito Procopio showed great skill when he stopped Dante Bittor:s penalty. Los Blues F.C. were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Diegotte FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dante Bittor took the corner. After a rather tough play, Diegotte FC's Paulino Cordarryl got a free kick in the 17th minute. If Cleto Mikeldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Los Blues F.C.'s Marcos Innocenzio got a free kick in the 26th minute. Tiburcio Rey's late challenge caught a Diegotte FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcos Innocenzio hit a great ball. Celedonio Lizardi charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Celedonio Lizardi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Celedonio Lizardi hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cleto Mikeldi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luisito Procopio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Mikeldi in the 52nd minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Diegotte FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cleto Mikeldi came free, but Luisito Procopio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Diegotte FC's Paulino Cordarryl got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 61st minute Cleto Mikeldi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luisito Procopio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ariel Cresconio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luisito Procopio having to interfere. Diegotte FC's Luisito Procopio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Mikeldi in the 64th minute of play. Luisito Procopio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleto Mikeldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cleto Mikeldi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Luisito Procopio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Los Blues F.C.'s Dante Bittor got a free kick in the 80th minute. Luisito Procopio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ariel Cresconio in the 86th minute. After 88 played minutes Los Blues F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Marcos Innocenzio. When Cleto Mikeldi fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Blues F.C.'s protests and gave Cleto Mikeldi a yellow card for diving instead. 93 minutes into the game, Esteban Lauren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Alfredo Piarres was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Diegotte FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
