After 12 minutes, Maximino Erroman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Larrea and the athletic A players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Larrea's Maximino Erroman got a free kick in the 12th minute. Alfonso Fagondo might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Bras. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfonso Fagondo ran back to his position shaking his head. Larrea's Pedro Bras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Janpier in the 28th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Enzo Janpier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Bras was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enzo Janpier made a kick off. In the 51st minute, one of Larrea:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Larrea. Alfonso Fagondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Pedro Bras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Maximino Erroman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fausto Chucho was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 72 minutes into the game, Larrea's Marco Truylos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fausto Chucho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. The audience was convinced that Marco Truylos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fausto Chucho was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Larrea were victorious despite being under pressure from athletic A for much of the match.
