The Garin city fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gogo Lehior should have stopped the shot. The referee felt a red card was in order, 17 minutes into the game, when Osvaldo Odol put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Garin city fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 16th minute. Penalty! In the 19th minute there was a penalty for Bompland AFC. Angelo Luke stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gogo Lehior. 0-3. In the 24th minute Fidel Gorri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gogo Lehior saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th match minute, Garin city was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaspar Patxi to maneuver through the defense. Rogelio Goyo hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Garin city's Gogo Lehior played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Eleazar in the 32nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bompland AFC's Ruben Criston got a free kick in the 36th minute. Jonathan Paublo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Nicanor Remigio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jonathan Paublo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domingo Etxekopar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fidel Gorri made a kick off. Gogo Lehior took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Genaro Ibar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fidel Gorri was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 55th minute. Bompland AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Etxekopar in the 62nd minute of play forced Bompland AFC's goalkeeper Nicanor Remigio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Casimiro Savion kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. The supporters of Bompland AFC booed when Garin city was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Savion didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Domingo Etxekopar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Garin city's goalkeeper Gogo Lehior had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolando Eleazar. Garin city's Santo Enekoitz was substituted for Marcial Lehoi. After a rather tough play, Garin city's Santo Enekoitz got a free kick in the 89th minute. Garin city's Domingo Etxekopar got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
