Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jimeno Umbruso kicked off to start the match. When Jimeno Umbruso came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Nacate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimeno Umbruso couldn't finish the play. Wilfredo Gora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th minute, Jimeno Umbruso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nacate's Vladimiro Leguizamón got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jimeno Umbruso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Alejo Gaxan made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Vladimiro Leguizamón managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nacate's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiro Leguizamón was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alejo Gaxan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hugo Hermelando stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Gora's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Wilfredo Gora might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugo Hermelando. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilfredo Gora ran back to his position shaking his head. Alejo Gaxan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimeno Umbruso in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vladimiro Leguizamón in the 37th minute of play forced River Plate's goalkeeper Alejo Gaxan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alejo Gaxan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Leguizamón, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Alejo Gaxan was a little too slow when Vladimiro Leguizamón got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 1-0. Astor Tartalo kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When Evaristo Lico came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Nacate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evaristo Lico couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Umbruso in the 54th minute of play forced River Plate's goalkeeper Alejo Gaxan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. River Plate's Alejo Gaxan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Leguizamón in the 55th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Vladimiro Leguizamón had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alejo Gaxan. River Plate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vladimiro Leguizamón was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After having played for 64 minutes, Vladimiro Leguizamón managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nacate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimiro Leguizamón was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedrinho Simões got free with Hugo Hermelando in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alejo Gaxan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Froylan, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. The supporters of Nacate booed when River Plate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florian Tamminga didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, River Plate's goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Umbruso came free, but Alejo Gaxan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedrinho Simões who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Hugo Hermelando when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 91st match minute, Nacate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerardo Froylan to maneuver through the defense. Vladimiro Leguizamón's late challenge caught a River Plate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vladimiro Leguizamón helped the player get up and apologised. After 93 played minutes Nacate got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Leguizamón. Gerardo Froylan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Nacate were the better team. Nacate's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
