That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Marginados FC's goalkeeper Witomir Gaszynski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Inocencio Marin. With his leg Witomir Gaszynski managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when Atletico Grulense's Inocencio Marin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lisandro Lartaun charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lisandro Lartaun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Marginados FC booed when Atletico Grulense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Lartaun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, Dinekis Plevritis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marginados FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 23 minutes into the game, Julian George recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Witomir Gaszynski. Julian George showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. 26 minutes into the match, Inocencio Marin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Witomir Gaszynski. Marginados FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Inocencio Marin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After having played for 30 minutes, Inocencio Marin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletico Grulense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inocencio Marin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Julian George sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 38 minutes, Inocencio Marin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletico Grulense's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inocencio Marin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rodolfo Maurino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Witomir Gaszynski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inocencio Marin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Witomir Gaszynski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Julian George sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Inocencio Marin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Atletico Grulense's Augusto Gartxot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Atletico Grulense from getting a goal against them. 61 minutes into the match, Marginados FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian George came free, but Witomir Gaszynski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When 苏扬庭 fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marginados FC's protests and gave 苏扬庭 a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 minutes of play, Atletico Grulense's Julian George made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Witomir Gaszynski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Witomir Gaszynski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Marin, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Atletico Grulense's Augusto Gartxot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Atletico Grulense from getting a goal against them. Augusto Gartxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinekis Plevritis, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Witomir Gaszynski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian George in the 93rd minute of play. There was no doubt that Atletico Grulense were the better team. Atletico Grulense's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
