Denis Dolfos might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Norbert Chmelyk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Denis Dolfos ran back to his position shaking his head. 20 minutes into the game, Honorato Roland cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Norbert Chmelyk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hernan Pierres showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidel Ramos in the 23rd minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Rancho Grande F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Ramos came free, but Hernan Pierres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pigue FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeremias Obeko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Honorato Roland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fidel Ramos hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Pigue FC:s Norbert Chmelyk showed great skill when he stopped Casimiro Venceslao:s penalty. In the 75th minute, Rafael Celino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Rancho Grande F.C fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Rancho Grande F.C's Rafael Celino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. There was no doubt that Rancho Grande F.C were the better team. Rancho Grande F.C's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
