In the 9th minute, Hilario FC's Baldomero Rios ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lucas Gonsalve. Lucas Gonsalve yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serban Filimon in the 11th minute of play forced Hilario FC's goalkeeper Ricardo Tadzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Hilario FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Atarratze came free, but Ricardo Tadzio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hilario FC's Godofredo Hitz was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 14th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Lucas Gonsalve didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jorge Kimetz went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. In the 47th minute, Augusto Crescencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anselmo Jakes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ricardo Tadzio. Hilario FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Serban Filimon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Angulas booed when Hilario FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benedicto Gonzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anselmo Jakes, 54 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Lucas Gonsalve showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Godofredo Hitz in the 56th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Godofredo Hitz in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucas Gonsalve prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 62 played minutes Hilario FC got a freekick which was hit by Severo Quirce. Severo Quirce kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Godofredo Hitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Lucas Gonsalve tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Edgardo Manilan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hilario FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgardo Manilan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Gonsalve breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Hilario FC's Ricardo Tadzio got control of the ball when Joel Elorri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ricardo Tadzio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joel Elorri in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Kimetz in the 78th minute of play forced Angulas's goalkeeper Lucas Gonsalve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The nice shot from Joel Elorri in the 92ndth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Ricardo Tadzio had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. 93 minutes into the game, Hilario FC's Godofredo Hitz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucas Gonsalve made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Hilario FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
