After 13 played minutes Raptores de Los Hornos FC got a freekick which was hit by Gaudencio Artal. After a rather tough play, Malvinas Argentinas's Ricardo Ostots got a free kick in the 17th minute. When Raptores de Los Hornos FC's Oscar Couto in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Malvinas Argentinas's goalie prevented a goal. In the 25th match minute, Raptores de Los Hornos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Orlin to maneuver through the defense. Conrado Cesaro made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Dario Ekialde sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Raptores de Los Hornos FC's Conrado Cesaro got control of the ball when Remigio Sotil tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Prospero Balendin sped through Malvinas Argentinas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Muhteşem Šolak. Patricio Vermudo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Cesaro having to interfere. Oscar Couto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Muhteşem Šolak having to make a save. In the 42nd match minute, Raptores de Los Hornos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Artal to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in Raptores de Los Hornos FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dario Ekialde to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Patricio Vermudo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malvinas Argentinas's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Vermudo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Conrado Cesaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Malvinas Argentinas's Remigio Sotil got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eraldo Bomba took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Muhteşem Šolak. Muhteşem Šolak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Raptores de Los Hornos FC's goalkeeper Conrado Cesaro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Prospero Balendin struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Muhteşem Šolak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Raptores de Los Hornos FC. Malvinas Argentinas's Muhteşem Šolak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eraldo Bomba in the 74th minute of play. When Eraldo Bomba came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Raptores de Los Hornos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eraldo Bomba couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prospero Balendin got free with Muhteşem Šolak in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Dario Ekialde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Conrado Cesaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigio Sotil in the 96th minute of play.
