Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Osvaldas Kosakovskis made the kick off which started today's match. Natalio Ekialde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldas Kosakovskis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Maza booed when Ávalos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Luken didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maza's Faustino Gartxot got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Faustino Gartxot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faustino Gartxot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Natalio Ekialde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mauricio Clodio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristobal Dolfo having to interfere. 22 minutes into the game, Maza's Osvaldas Kosakovskis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Natalio Ekialde made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 28th match minute, Maza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Bartuelo to maneuver through the defense. Desiderio Burutzagi, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After having played for 30 minutes, Mauricio Clodio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ávalos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauricio Clodio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erubiel Bakar kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Maza's goalkeeper Cristobal Dolfo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauricio Clodio. Mauricio Clodio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Cristobal Dolfo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, one of Ávalos FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ávalos FC. Florencio Frances shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gaston Fagondo to make the kick off. When Serafino Viator fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maza's protests and gave Serafino Viator a yellow card for diving instead. In the 54th match minute, Maza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafino Viator to maneuver through the defense. Cristobal Dolfo came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Ávalos FC's Mauricio Clodio. In the 65th minute Gaston Fagondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Dolfo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Faustino Gartxot came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Maza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faustino Gartxot couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, Faustino Gartxot reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Natalio Ekialde. The goal made the score 1-2. If Faustino Gartxot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ávalos FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Ermegildo Enetz hit a great ball. After 94 minutes Ávalos FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Florencio Frances who took care of the corner kick.
