Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Adolfo Bidun made the kick off which started today's match. Celestino Veremundo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moises Inocente went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Ñorquinco FC's Angelino Ladio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Bidun in the 7th minute of play. Celestino Veremundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Inocente in the 9th minute of the match. After 11 played minutes Palmar got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Godoy. Alfonso Roldanillo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 12th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Ñorquinco FC's Cirilo Dubardo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celestino Veremundo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 20th minute Moises Inocente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celestino Veremundo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Moises Inocente left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ñorquinco FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Angelino Ladio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Bidun in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Alfonso Roldanillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celestino Veremundo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 35th minute of the match Ñorquinco FC got a corner. Palmar's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alfonso Roldanillo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Palmar's goalie and right to Teodosio Admon. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Palmar's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Celestino Veremundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Inocente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erubiel Quilino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Angelino Ladio made a huge save. With 46 minutes on the clock, Leonel Tono commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After the first half Ñorquinco FC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 59th minute Erubiel Quilino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Ladio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Inocente in the 61st minute of play forced Palmar's goalkeeper Celestino Veremundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelino Ladio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erubiel Quilino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celestino Veremundo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 73rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-4. After a defensive mix-up in Palmar's zone, Moises Inocente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celestino Veremundo came out of the goal and Moises Inocente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Alfonso Roldanillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ñorquinco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfonso Roldanillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celestino Veremundo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Palmar's Gavino Boni got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th minute Adolfo Bidun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Ladio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Celestino Veremundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Inocente in the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Adolfo Bidun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelino Ladio. Ñorquinco FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adolfo Bidun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Angelino Ladio came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Palmar's Alberto Ugutz. But to his dismay, Alberto Ugutz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. Angelino Ladio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Ugutz, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Ñorquinco FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ñorquinco FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
