In the 17th match minute, CSDA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edelmiro Arias to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, Laureano Jesco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 21 minutes, Jesus Ondino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ledesma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jesus Ondino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Laureano Jesco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andres Eyague was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. 25 minutes into the game, Laureano Jesco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Andres Eyague was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Andres Eyague took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laureano Jesco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Ruben Orlin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ledesma fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 46 minutes into the match, Valentin Etxatxu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andres Eyague. CSDA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valentin Etxatxu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Laureano Jesco made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, CSDA's Marcelo Tono got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 53rd match minute, Ledesma was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruben Orlin to maneuver through the defense. CSDA's Andres Eyague played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Jesco in the 55th minute of play. Ubaldo Palban hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Ledesma's Laureano Jesco got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Laureano Jesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jesus Ondino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Andres Eyague made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Ledesma's Andres Eyague threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Laureano Jesco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Laureano Jesco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Eyague having to interfere. A collision led to Ledesma getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Ramiro Llin hit a great ball. Andres Eyague was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Laureano Jesco capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Laureano Jesco really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Jesus Ondino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Andres Eyague made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Jesco in the 85th minute of play. If Laureano Jesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. When the final whistle sounded Ledesma left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than CSDA.
