The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Guillermo Clodio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Natanael, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Diego Frutos hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Lisandro Natanael recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9th minute Lisandro Natanael shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guillermo Clodio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lisandro Natanael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Guillermo Clodio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Natanael in the 12th minute of play forced Calambre FC's goalkeeper Guillermo Clodio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diego Frutos hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Aaron Bernal might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guillermo Clodio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aaron Bernal ran back to his position shaking his head. Aaron Bernal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Calambre FC's Guillermo Clodio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lisandro Natanael in the 22nd minute of play. Lisandro Natanael scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Guillermo Clodio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 29thth minute of the game Lisandro Natanael who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Calambre FC's Guillermo Clodio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bengolea's zone, Cesar Diagur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Franco came out of the goal and Cesar Diagur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sebastian Franco was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Diego Frutos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 36 minute of play. If Diego Frutos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego Frutos kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Guillermo Clodio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lisandro Natanael went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Diego Frutos to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Bengolea's Lisandro Natanael dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. 57 minutes into the match, Calambre FC's goalkeeper Guillermo Clodio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aaron Bernal. Aaron Bernal made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 60thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Guillermo Clodio would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Guillermo Clodio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Natanael in the 71st minute of the match. Aaron Bernal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Clodio having to interfere. Lisandro Natanael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Guillermo Clodio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Aaron Bernal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. After 90 minutes of play, Bengolea's Aaron Bernal made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guillermo Clodio was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Lisandro Natanael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bengolea eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
