Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Simon Urdaspal took the kick off in the first half of the match. Reynaldo Oro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Gaston Berasko when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Simon Urdaspal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Gaston Berasko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reynaldo Oro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Berasko having to interfere. Gaston Berasko was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Simon Urdaspal capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Simon Urdaspal really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After a rather tough play, Cardozos FC's Pedro Rufio got a free kick in the 17th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eloy Oskitz in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gavino Ortzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Carolo Ihintza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agustin Flor hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Cardozos FC defense, Carolo Ihintza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gavino Ortzi. The Cardozos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gavino Ortzi should have stopped the shot. In the 31st minute Carolo Ihintza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Ortzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agustin Flor's late challenge caught a Gorina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Agustin Flor helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Cardozos FC's Agustin Flor got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Gaston Berasko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Simon Urdaspal's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Simon Urdaspal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Berasko having to interfere. Simon Urdaspal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 45 minutes, Carolo Ihintza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gorina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carolo Ihintza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eloy Oskitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Gavino Ortzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carolo Ihintza was the one to do the kick off. Gavino Ortzi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eloy Oskitz in the 63rd minute. Reynaldo Oro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Gaston Berasko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Oro in the 68th minute of play forced Gorina's goalkeeper Gaston Berasko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eloy Oskitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th match minute, Gorina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Ixona to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute Reynaldo Oro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaston Berasko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cardozos FC's Gavino Ortzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Cardozos FC from getting a goal against them. If Reynaldo Oro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 98 minutes into the match, Gorina's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Urdaspal came free, but Gaston Berasko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
