Narciso Gomesano kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After having played for 11 minutes, Santo Oto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. f.c barcelona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santo Oto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Santo Oto struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Ermegildo Gaizkine didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for f.c barcelona. Ubaldo Luzea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto Tano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Narciso Gomesano struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Ubaldo Luzea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jáuregui. 21 minutes into the match, f.c barcelona's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Tano came free, but Ubaldo Luzea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jáuregui's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ladislao Duardo in the 23rd minute. 28 minutes into the match, f.c barcelona's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Tano came free, but Ubaldo Luzea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Norberto Tano came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Jáuregui fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norberto Tano couldn't finish the play. Ubaldo Luzea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Tano in the 35th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, f.c barcelona's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto Tano came free, but Ubaldo Luzea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Norberto Tano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ubaldo Luzea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Atilano Maties stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Norberto Tano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jáuregui's supporters rose to their feet, but Norberto Tano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ubaldo Luzea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jáuregui's goalkeeper Ermegildo Gaizkine, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Santo Oto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 64 minutes, Atilano Maties managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. f.c barcelona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atilano Maties was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It was beautiful to see Jáuregui's Norberto Tano in action when he in the 71st minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Norberto Tano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Narciso Gomesano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santo Oto fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 87th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Atilano Maties fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Gaizkine having to interfere. Santo Oto came free in the 96th minute and tried to tip the ball over Ermegildo Gaizkine, but to the joy of Jáuregui's supporters the ball went over. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. f.c barcelona were victorious despite being under pressure from Jáuregui for much of the match.
