Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ladislao Fresco started the match with the kick off. Jacobo Pietro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Shepherd in the 5th minute of play. If Leandro Bizi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leandro Bizi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Conrado Kepa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Higinio Shepherd took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jacobo Pietro to make any attempt to save it. INDEPENDIENTE's Higinio Shepherd got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Servilleta FC's Jacobo Pietro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Servilleta FC from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute Luis Eufrasio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Kepa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leandro Bizi struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Conrado Kepa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Servilleta FC. 45 minutes into the match, Servilleta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Shepherd came free, but Jacobo Pietro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luis Eufrasio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Luis Eufrasio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jacobo Pietro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Shepherd in the 57th minute of the match. INDEPENDIENTE's Higinio Shepherd got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ladislao Fresco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. INDEPENDIENTE's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Timoteo Inautzi in the 70th minute. A nice corner shot did that Emilio Rayman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jacobo Pietro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Higinio Shepherd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ladislao Fresco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Pietro having to interfere. Jacobo Pietro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Higinio Shepherd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. INDEPENDIENTE had won after a very even match.
