El fiambre!'s Gilberto Ferrando nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dalmacio Brun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Lisandro Evangelista struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Dalmacio Brun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nora... El fiambre!. In the 29th minute, Tomas Brun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Gilberto Ferrando ran back to his position shaking his head. When Tomas Brun came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Itatí fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Brun couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Nora... El fiambre! getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Gilberto Ferrando hit a great ball. Tomas Brun's late challenge caught a Nora... El fiambre!'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Brun helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th match minute, Itatí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Brun to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lisandro Evangelista made a kick off. Dalmacio Brun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gilberto Ferrando went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Tomas Brun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Justo Abecia made a huge save. Gilberto Ferrando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Nora... El fiambre!'s Gilberto Ferrando sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dalmacio Brun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 67 minutes, Casimiro Paublo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nora... El fiambre! and the Itatí players grew even worse after the yellow card. Casimiro Paublo hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After 68 minutes, Claudio Jerardo made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Nora... El fiambre!'s Justo Abecia tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Nora... El fiambre! getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Gilberto Ferrando hit a great ball. After 73 played minutes Nora... El fiambre! got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Elorri. Casimiro Paublo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dalmacio Brun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. The supporters of Nora... El fiambre! booed when Itatí was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Haritz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dalmacio Brun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lisandro Evangelista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Itatí getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Gerardo Servando hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, Nora... El fiambre!'s Gilberto Ferrando sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dalmacio Brun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Lisandro Evangelista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nora... El fiambre!'s supporters rose to their feet, but Lisandro Evangelista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmacio Brun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Itatí eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
