Severiano Reynardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Rumaldo in the 48th minute of the match. After the first half Rivadavia AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florencio Rumaldo in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severiano Reynardo saved Lértora from getting behind. 90 minutes into the game, Rivadavia AFC's Manuel Abad nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Severiano Reynardo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The supporters of Lértora booed when Rivadavia AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roque Lucila didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicolas Chap received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Amado Txerran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Lértora fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rivadavia AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
