Gustavo Damario charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustavo Damario the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Domínguez FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Gabriel Belmiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some careless play in the Arboledas defense, Jeremias Oier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Belmiro. The Arboledas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Belmiro should have stopped the shot. 36 minutes into the match, Arboledas's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Montrel came free, but Gabriel Belmiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celso Filipo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. David Botello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Jeremias Oier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Domínguez FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
