Gilberto Uxio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Freire's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Benigno Itzaina scored to the left of an out of position Gavino Misael, making the score, 1-0. Benigno Itzaina was extremely unlucky when he, in the 17th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Gavino Misael made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnulfo Mikelats in the 20th minute. Benigno Itzaina succeeded in the game's 24th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Bruno Fidencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dionisio Chorache in the 27th minute of the match. Gaston Tello made a great header on Freire's corner, it was just that Avellaneda's Bruno Fidencio managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 57th minute Dionisio Chorache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Fidencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Dionisio Chorache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Fidencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dionisio Chorache, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. When Gilberto Uxio came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Freire fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilberto Uxio couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Dionisio Chorache managed to get in a good position for a shot. Freire's supporters rose to their feet, but Dionisio Chorache was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Fidencio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dionisio Chorache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Fidencio having to interfere. Gilberto Uxio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Bruno Fidencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Freire players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Avellaneda from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
