Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sixto Palban started the match with the kick off. If Fabio Theobald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 6th minute Fabio Theobald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorio Mel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Protestante's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Palban came free, but Prospero Claus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Protestante's Prospero Claus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Palban in the 13th minute of play. Prospero Claus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Araoz in the 16th minute of the match. Prospero Claus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Araoz in the 24th minute of play. Calingasta's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Fabio Theobald 26 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Miguel Silvino was extremely unlucky when he, in the 30th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Orlando Araoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Claus having to interfere. Isaias Urdaspal kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Sixto Palban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Prospero Claus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Theobald in the 53rd minute of play forced Calingasta's goalkeeper Gregorio Mel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Calingasta's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Silvino came free, but Gregorio Mel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Miguel Silvino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gregorio Mel. Calingasta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Silvino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Miguel Silvino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miguel Silvino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Gregorio Mel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gregorio Mel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Silvino, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After some careless play in the Calingasta defense, Fabio Theobald kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gregorio Mel. The Calingasta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gregorio Mel should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Calingasta booed when Protestante was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lisandro Mede didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 93 played minutes Protestante got a freekick which was hit by Donato Mano. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Protestante had won after a very even match.
