Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Anselmo Paskal got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, River Plate's Teodosio Ayala got a free kick in the 4th minute. A hard shot by Jonatan Rocio from long distance, 5 minutes into the match, got Anier Gotzon's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. With a little luck, River Plate's Anier Gotzon got control of the ball when Jeronimo Lope tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 9th minute, Denis Tonio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anier Gotzon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Paskal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, River Plate's goalkeeper Anier Gotzon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeronimo Lope. Jeronimo Lope received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Anier Gotzon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. River Plate's Patricio Raymond got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Anselmo Paskal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Paskal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Gotzon having to interfere. After 24 played minutes River Plate got a freekick which was hit by Matias Bakar. Jonatan Rocio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 25th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. During the 37th minute of the match Matias Bakar completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Matias Bakar a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Camiñaga booed when River Plate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Bakar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute, Jeronimo Lope made a precise shot to the right of Anier Gotzon. River Plate's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 45th minute Patricio Raymond shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Gonchan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Patricio Raymond made the kick off in the second half. Jeronimo Lope received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Anier Gotzon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Denis Tonio fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored River Plate's protests and gave Denis Tonio a yellow card for diving instead. Denis Tonio hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Jonatan Rocio, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Patricio Raymond received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Pedro Gonchan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeronimo Lope fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Gotzon having to interfere. Pedro Gonchan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Tonio in the 74th minute of play. After 75 minutes, Antonio Bernat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Camiñaga and the River Plate players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 75th minute, Antonio Bernat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anselmo Paskal succeeded in the game's 79th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Jeronimo Lope fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Gotzon having to interfere. 89 minutes into the game, Anselmo Paskal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Anier Gotzon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anselmo Paskal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Camiñaga fans cheered their team off the field, for while River Plate had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
