Rapelli's Jaime Gervaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Sancho in the 6th minute of play. If Simon Elorri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvano Pelagius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Vladimiro Errando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luciano Transito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zeledon Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zeledon Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jaime Gervaso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zeledon Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. Luciano Transito took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jaime Gervaso. Jaime Gervaso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Jaime Gervaso came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Oratorio AFC's Zeledon Sancho. But to his dismay, Zeledon Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 41 minutes into the match, Rapelli's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Sancho came free, but Jaime Gervaso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Rapelli's Venancio Maura got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Zeledon Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Gervaso having to interfere. The Rapelli players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Oratorio AFC were winning 0-2.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zeledon Sancho to make the kick off. When Luciano Transito came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Oratorio AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luciano Transito couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Venancio Maura during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Venancio Maura hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Silvano Pelagius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Errando having to interfere. When Silvano Pelagius fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rapelli's protests and gave Silvano Pelagius a yellow card for diving instead. After 67 played minutes Rapelli got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Pelagius. 0-3 became the score in the 69th minute when Luciano Transito elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A hard shot 79 in the game by Luciano Transito from a close distance when the talented Jaime Gervaso managed to make a qualified save. Rapelli's players were relieved. Jaime Gervaso made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Luciano Transito sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Rapelli defense, Luciano Transito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jaime Gervaso. The Rapelli fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jaime Gervaso should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Oratorio AFC's goalkeeper Vladimiro Errando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Rapelli fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Oratorio AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
