Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ovidio Rojelio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 2 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Niguel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dolores AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cover FC the free kick. Denis Ixidor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elpidio Gonza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Generoso Pacorro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Gonza having to interfere. Raimundo Calvino charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raimundo Calvino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Cover FC booed when Dolores AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Calvino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Octavio Bilbo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ovidio Rojelio went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Elpidio Gonza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Ixidor in the 17th minute of the match. Generoso Pacorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Elpidio Gonza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Denis Ixidor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ermegildo Oto hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Dolores AFC's Cipriano Palben tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 31st minute Arnaldo Niguel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Bilbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32ndth minute of the game Ovidio Rojelio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cover FC's Octavio Bilbo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Cover FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidio Rojelio came free, but Octavio Bilbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Octavio Bilbo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidio Rojelio in the 41st minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

A collision led to Cover FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Fabio Ourente hit a great ball. After 60 minutes, Feliciano Fero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dolores AFC and the Cover FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Feliciano Fero hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute, David Cibran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denis Ixidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elpidio Gonza having to interfere. Elpidio Gonza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Generoso Pacorro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute Generoso Pacorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Gonza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Denis Ixidor in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Elpidio Gonza saved Dolores AFC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Dolores AFC's zone, Denis Ixidor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elpidio Gonza came out of the goal and Denis Ixidor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Melquiades Acevedo's late challenge caught a Dolores AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Melquiades Acevedo helped the player get up and apologised. Octavio Bilbo came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Dolores AFC's Arnaldo Niguel. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Niguel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Cover FC's Octavio Bilbo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Cover FC from getting a goal against them.
