The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. German Madaleno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Tomás Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cecilio Loco hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Aquiles Oinaz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tomás Marques. Soledad FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 18 minutes, German Madaleno made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Soledad FC's Tomás Marques tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Benat in the 21st minute of play forced Soledad FC's goalkeeper Tomás Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, German Madaleno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Larchuma FC V.Ballester fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 29thth minute of the game German Madaleno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soledad FC's Tomás Marques was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Benat in the 30th minute of play forced Soledad FC's goalkeeper Tomás Marques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that German Madaleno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomás Marques was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

After having played for 53 minutes, German Madaleno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Larchuma FC V.Ballester's supporters crossed their fingers, but German Madaleno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling German Madaleno in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomás Marques prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 59 minutes into the match, Larchuma FC V.Ballester's Vladimiro Sanchez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomás Marques narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Vladimiro Sanchez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Larchuma FC V.Ballester's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiro Sanchez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomás Marques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Carmelo Ciano fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soledad FC's protests and gave Carmelo Ciano a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Larchuma FC V.Ballester booed when Soledad FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Ciano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute Vladimiro Sanchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Marques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers German Madaleno in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomás Marques saved Soledad FC from getting behind. After having played for 70 minutes, Vladimiro Sanchez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After a defensive mix-up in Soledad FC's zone, Vladimiro Sanchez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomás Marques came out of the goal and Vladimiro Sanchez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the match, Soledad FC's goalkeeper Tomás Marques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by German Madaleno. 82 minutes into the match, Vladimiro Sanchez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomás Marques. Soledad FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vladimiro Sanchez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Tomás Marques was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Aquiles Oinaz. Cecilio Loco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 92 minutes into the game, Conrado Formerio threw the ball into play from the sideline. Soledad FC's Eusebio Itzaina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Vladimiro Sanchez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Larchuma FC V.Ballester's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiro Sanchez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomás Marques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Soledad FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Larchuma FC V.Ballester were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
