The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jaime Llorian showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Adan Ugutz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jaime Llorian read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Ruben Franco managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pericotes FC's goalkeeper Jaime Llorian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pericotes FC's Jaime Llorian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Pericotes FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Pericotes FC's Honorio Eron got a free kick in the 87th minute. Anselmo Cucao's late challenge caught a Pinamar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anselmo Cucao helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Pericotes FC's Anselmo Cucao got a free kick in the 98th minute. Pericotes FC's Jaime Llorian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adan Ugutz in the 99th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pinamar walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
