Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Isaias Resto took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind RIVER PAUL's goalkeeper Fulgencio Buinton, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Diego Basualdo fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mallevados FC's protests and gave Diego Basualdo a yellow card for diving instead. After 6 played minutes Mallevados FC got a freekick which was hit by Diego Basualdo. In the 6th minute, Justo Ranolfo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Mallevados FC's Emanuel Baudelio didn't even have to move. Emanuel Baudelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Nuxila in the 8th minute of the match. After having played for 18 minutes, Alfredo Dino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mallevados FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredo Dino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jesus Dunixi made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 21stth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Fulgencio Buinton would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Isaias Resto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Baudelio having to interfere. A collision led to Mallevados FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Luisito Pasqual hit a great ball. In the 26th match minute, Mallevados FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisito Pasqual to maneuver through the defense. When Isaias Resto came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the RIVER PAUL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaias Resto couldn't finish the play. 31 minutes into the match, Mallevados FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Resto came free, but Emanuel Baudelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaias Resto scored 0-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emanuel Baudelio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. RIVER PAUL's Fulgencio Buinton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save RIVER PAUL from getting a goal against them. Emanuel Baudelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Nuxila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fulgencio Buinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Dino in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Isaias Resto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emanuel Baudelio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Francisco Loi's late challenge caught a RIVER PAUL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Loi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th minute, Francisco Loi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isaias Resto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Emanuel Baudelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the game, Jesus Dunixi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Fulgencio Buinton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jesus Dunixi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fulgencio Buinton having to make a save. RIVER PAUL's Fulgencio Buinton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Dino in the 73rd minute of play. Mallevados FC's Diego Basualdo got his second yellow card of the match in the 74th minute. The referee ordered Diego Basualdo off the ground. Diego Basualdo hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Dunixi in the 78th minute of play forced RIVER PAUL's goalkeeper Fulgencio Buinton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jesus Dunixi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Isaias Resto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Mauricio Nuxila managed to get in a good position for a shot. RIVER PAUL's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauricio Nuxila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Baudelio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Dunixi in the 95th minute of play forced RIVER PAUL's goalkeeper Fulgencio Buinton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. RIVER PAUL's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
