After 36 minutes, Laureano Cesario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cepeda FC and the Colazzo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee ignored Colazzo FC's protests and gave Eliseo Txartiko a yellow card for diving instead. Inocencio Ebardo came free with the goalkeeper in the 64th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lázaro Oliverio could save by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Everardo Patxi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cepeda FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Everardo Patxi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lázaro Oliverio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eloy Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Blasi in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 75th minute by Inocencio Ebardo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a rather tough play, Cepeda FC's Ezequiel Eleazar got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute of the match Eustacio Palban shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eloy Fernandez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eliseo Blasi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
