Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gogo Macias kicked off to start the match. Rodolfo Javiero kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Hector Gonzalez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teobaldo Abel having to interfere. In the 10th minute of the match Rodolfo Javiero sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joaquin Mergildo skillfully saved the ball. In the 12th minute Gogo Macias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Mergildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Lisandro Haritzeder left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Castaño fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Tomas Ascencio was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 17th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 19th minute Gogo Macias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Mergildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sixto Raphael got free with Teobaldo Abel in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gogo Macias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Joaquin Mergildo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Gogo Macias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Mergildo having to interfere. In the 57thth minute of the game Sixto Raphael who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Castaño's Teobaldo Abel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joaquin Mergildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogo Macias, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute, Federico Iratxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lisandro Haritzeder's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Joaquin Mergildo firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Macias in the 71st minute of play forced Zapata FC's goalkeeper Joaquin Mergildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Hector Gonzalez came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Zapata FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Gonzalez couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Castaño getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Rafael Rufio hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the match, Castaño's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Raphael came free, but Teobaldo Abel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zapata FC's Joaquin Mergildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Macias in the 87th minute of play. Atilano Mercurio hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After 94th play minutes Gogo Macias shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Joaquin Mergildo and just under the crossbar into goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Castaño had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
