An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Cordero in the 5th minute of play forced Los Carasucias's goalkeeper Silvestre Osoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Los Carasucias getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Isaias Barros hit a great ball. Ciro Cordero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Osoro having to interfere. Celestino Beila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Osoro having to interfere. Ramon Iban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Abel in the 22nd minute of the match. Ciro Cordero scored 0-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvestre Osoro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Ancaján FC's zone, Paulo Abel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramon Iban came out of the goal and Paulo Abel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpected shot in the 35th minute by Paulo Abel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ciro Cordero to make the kick off. Venancio Gabon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Venancio Gabon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Iban having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Gorri in the 57th minute of play forced Ancaján FC's goalkeeper Ramon Iban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Paulo Abel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Venancio Gabon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Iban having to interfere. 70 minutes into the game, Venancio Gabon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Ramon Iban was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 75thth minute of the game Venancio Gabon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ancaján FC's Ramon Iban was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Alberto Sotero fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ancaján FC's protests and gave Alberto Sotero a yellow card for diving instead. Paulo Abel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Ramon Iban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ancaján FC's Alberto Sotero got a free kick in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Ancaján FC's goal looked a bit too open when Venancio Gabon came free, but Ramon Iban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Abel in the 96th minute of play forced Ancaján FC's goalkeeper Ramon Iban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Los Carasucias were the better team. Los Carasucias's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
