Agustin Su fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Venceslas having to interfere. Eusebio Venceslas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Bento, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Samuel Bento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 10 minutes into the game, Godofredo Batista was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PaltaTeam's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chillar AFC the free kick. A collision led to PaltaTeam getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Godofredo Batista hit a great ball. In the 13th minute, Samuel Bento made a precise shot to the right of Eusebio Venceslas. PaltaTeam's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind PaltaTeam's goalkeeper Eusebio Venceslas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Anselmo Nabar's late challenge caught a Chillar AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anselmo Nabar helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, PaltaTeam's Anselmo Nabar got a free kick in the 22nd minute. The audience was convinced that Samuel Bento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eusebio Venceslas was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. If Godofredo Batista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 31 minutes into the game, Samuel Bento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Eusebio Venceslas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 37 minutes into the match, Godofredo Batista dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dario Telesforo, 1-2. Eusebio Venceslas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Su in the 49th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samuel Bento stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Agustin Su received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Eusebio Venceslas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel Bento was extremely unlucky when he, in the 67th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Samuel Bento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Godofredo Batista hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. When Santiago Illart came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Chillar AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Santiago Illart couldn't finish the play. If Agustin Su had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, Leonides Ishmael ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dario Telesforo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Bartolo Edwardo struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Dario Telesforo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PaltaTeam. A collision led to PaltaTeam getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Celso Vachon hit a great ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
