Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alfonso Vachon took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tacuaral FC's Generoso Procopio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Vachon in the 5th minute of play. Saverio Eusko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Katia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Tacuaral FC booed when Soda Stereo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Ceandro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tacuaral FC's Esteban Jenaro in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Soda Stereo's goalie prevented a goal. If Roberto Katia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Generoso Procopio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Vachon, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 20th match minute, Soda Stereo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Cesario to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Tacuaral FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Vachon came free, but Generoso Procopio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tacuaral FC's Roberto Katia in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Soda Stereo's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Soda Stereo's Jonatan Nel got a free kick in the 28th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roberto Katia in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Saverio Eusko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Soda Stereo's goalkeeper Saverio Eusko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Tacuaral FC booed when Soda Stereo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eloy Iraitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roque Eleder hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, Roberto Katia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roberto Katia to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfonso Vachon in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Generoso Procopio saved Tacuaral FC from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Esteban Jenaro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Saverio Eusko. That made the score 0-1 in the 57 minute of play. Soda Stereo's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Roberto Katia 68 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. In the 71st minute, Jonatan Nel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Katia in the 72nd minute of play forced Soda Stereo's goalkeeper Saverio Eusko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Tacuaral FC's Esteban Jenaro got a free kick in the 74th minute. Saverio Eusko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Katia in the 76th minute of the match. Eloy Iraitz kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Teodosio Cesario's late challenge caught a Tacuaral FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodosio Cesario helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of Soda Stereo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tacuaral FC:s goal. Esteban Jenaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the match, Tacuaral FC's Roberto Katia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Saverio Eusko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jonatan Nel's late challenge caught a Tacuaral FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonatan Nel helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Soda Stereo's Jonatan Nel got a free kick in the 87th minute. Esteban Jenaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saverio Eusko having to interfere. The Soda Stereo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tacuaral FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Tacuaral FC.
