With a little luck, Escobar's Honorio Ederono got control of the ball when Roberto Kinsen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Escobar's Honorio Ederono proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Escobar from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Rivas in the 37th minute of play forced Parravicini's goalkeeper Jimeno Ekaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gavino Hernando's late challenge caught a Escobar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gavino Hernando helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Parravicini's Gavino Hernando got a free kick in the 57th minute. If Uriel Licerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 played minutes Parravicini got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Valery. Parravicini's Jimeno Ekaitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Rivas in the 65th minute of play. The referee gave Escobar a penalty, 75 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ernesto Raymundo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Parravicini's Jimeno Ekaitz. 0-1. 80 minutes into the match, Parravicini's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Ipar came free, but Jimeno Ekaitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jimeno Ekaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Rivas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Escobar's Honorio Ederono played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Kinsen in the 88th minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
