The coaching staff of Otamendi FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Felix Pitin had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 9th minute, Felix Pitin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carolo Distiratsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robustiano Oriol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Robustiano Oriol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carolo Distiratsu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 18th match minute, Coihueco AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Nataniel to maneuver through the defense. If Gilberto Illan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Otamendi FC's Gilberto Illan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Felix Senio. That made the score 1-1 after 21 minutes of play. 25 minutes into the match, Honorio Orlo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carolo Distiratsu. Otamendi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Honorio Orlo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Gilberto Illan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Felix Senio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Hipolito Baladi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Otamendi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hipolito Baladi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felix Senio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jimeno Cordara charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jimeno Cordara the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Otamendi FC's Carolo Distiratsu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Otamendi FC from getting a goal against them. Coihueco AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
