Tiburcio Belarmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 23rd minute, Tiburcio Belarmo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luis Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in Franck AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! Primitivo Librado had in the 33rdth minute some difficulties stopping Dalmacio Frasco's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Rodrigo Rameriz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Primitivo Librado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Cecilio Tabby managed to get in a good position for a shot. slakers's supporters rose to their feet, but Cecilio Tabby was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Primitivo Librado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Dario Rami had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robustiano Timo charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robustiano Timo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of slakers booed when Franck AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robustiano Timo didn't get a good kick on the ball. slakers's Luis Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Belarmo in the 46th minute of play. Luis Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose Illart in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Jose Illart made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Illart in the 53rd minute of play forced slakers's goalkeeper Luis Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, slakers's Luis Navarro got control of the ball when Tiburcio Belarmo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, slakers's Ermegildo Goyo got a free kick in the 59th minute. Jose Illart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. After some careless play in the Franck AFC defense, Cecilio Tabby kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Primitivo Librado. The Franck AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Primitivo Librado should have stopped the shot. In the 81st minute, one of slakers:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for slakers. Froilan Toribio placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Primitivo Librado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Tabby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jose Illart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cecilio Tabby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
