Joshua Secada charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joshua Secada the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Victor Lucila sent off a good shot on target. 12 minutes into the game, Victor Lucila recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Victor Lucila showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. A collision led to MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Ionuț Covrig hit a great ball. In the 21st minute, Olimpiu Semeghin had to leave the field with a concussion. After 21 minutes, Jonathan Venegas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV players grew even worse after the yellow card. 23 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Lucila. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Victor Lucila showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 23 minute of play. Victor Lucilas short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liviu Frumușanu in the 29th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Liviu Frumușanu in the 30th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Liviu Frumușanu. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Victor Lucila capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Victor Lucila really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Mădălin Bărbuceanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victor Lucila had several of the Venezuela's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 47 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 6-0 score and a disappointed Jonathan Ferrant as he didn't even see the shot coming. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernest Oprescu in the 57th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Lucila in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victor Lucila in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Victor Lucila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Lucila in the 71st minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. 82 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Liviu Frumușanu came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Victor Lucila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. In the 90th minute Victor Lucila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 93 played minutes MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV got a freekick which was hit by Florin Ciorobîtcă. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Lucila in the 95th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Lucila's shot from short distance in the 98th minute. When the referee ended the match the MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
