Berisso FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabio Bernal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gerardo Llorian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabio Bernal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Adolfo Semeno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gerardo Llorian stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Gerardo Llorian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berisso FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerardo Llorian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adolfo Semeno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Berisso FC's Gerardo Llorian got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adolfo Semeno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Bernal, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabio Bernal in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Semeno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61st minute, Artemio Txeru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gerardo Llorian scored 3-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adolfo Semeno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabio Bernal in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Ismael Guipuzkoa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Mario Misael made a huge save. Adolfo Semeno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Llorian in the 73rd minute of play. If Fabio Bernal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adolfo Semeno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Bernal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gerardo Llorian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angelino Erlantz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Fabio Bernal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Berisso FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. In the 92nd minute Gerardo Llorian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Semeno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
