The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ignacio Eusko made a kick off. Cayetano Rosario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Nesto having to interfere. After 54 minutes, Adolfo Pacorro made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Ojito's Arturo Nesto tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 56th minute, Atilano Ramond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gavino Ariando during the 58th minute. Ambrosio Egoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Eusko in the 86th minute of the match. Ignacio Eusko might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ambrosio Egoi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ignacio Eusko ran back to his position shaking his head. Ambrosio Egoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Simon Seme in the 93rd minute. Simon Seme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ambrosio Egoi having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
