Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Roque Stanislao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Santo Bortzaioriz made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roque Stanislao got free with Santo Bortzaioriz in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Santo Bortzaioriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Tome, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Quinito in the 17th minute of play forced BOCA JUNIORS FC's goalkeeper Santo Bortzaioriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eriberto Quinito blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Santo Bortzaioriz having to make a save. After 24 played minutes BOCA JUNIORS FC got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Berdoi. Ojete's Honorio Bastian couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 25th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for BOCA JUNIORS FC. In the 29th minute, BOCA JUNIORS FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Roque Stanislao fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Roque Stanislao in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Santo Bortzaioriz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Eriberto Quinito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Santo Bortzaioriz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Quinito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the game, Roque Stanislao was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ojete's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BOCA JUNIORS FC the free kick. In the 38th match minute, Ojete was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roque Stanislao to maneuver through the defense. After 40 played minutes BOCA JUNIORS FC got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Berdoi. Santo Bortzaioriz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Quinito, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Eriberto Quinito was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 43rd minute. Ojete's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Eriberto Quinito might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santo Bortzaioriz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eriberto Quinito ran back to his position shaking his head. Santo Bortzaioriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Quinito in the 49th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baltasar Berdoi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Quinito in the 62nd minute of play forced BOCA JUNIORS FC's goalkeeper Santo Bortzaioriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in BOCA JUNIORS FC's zone, Eriberto Quinito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santo Bortzaioriz came out of the goal and Eriberto Quinito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eriberto Quinito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Bortzaioriz having to interfere. Ezequiel Dabi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Santo Bortzaioriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roque Stanislao in the 78th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salvador Baldovino during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Salvador Baldovino kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. If Eriberto Quinito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 97 minutes, Eriberto Quinito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ojete's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eriberto Quinito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ojete were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
