Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Natal in the 3rd minute of play forced Paysandu's goalkeeper Felix Rius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute Octavio Hurko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Rius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Paysandu fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 9th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Bárcenal United a penalty, 11 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Arnulfo Bernad, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Paysandu's Felix Rius. 0-1. Flavio Claus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel Caitano having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Paysandu's Flavio Claus got a free kick in the 17th minute. Felix Rius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Hurko, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Felix Rius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Natal in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Arsenio Bittor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Rius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The attack was good, but when Octavio Hurko in the 27th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Flavio Claus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel Caitano having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Benito Sanduru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felix Rius was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Flavio Claus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esteve Miro didn't quite understand what happened when in the 37 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Felix Rius came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Bárcenal United's Octavio Hurko. But to his dismay, Octavio Hurko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Inocencio Natal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Felix Rius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inocencio Natal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Paysandu's zone, Octavio Hurko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Rius came out of the goal and Octavio Hurko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Flavio Claus made a kick off. If Inocencio Natal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes into the match, Paysandu's goalkeeper Felix Rius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Inocencio Natal. 59 minutes into the match, Paysandu's goalkeeper Felix Rius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Inocencio Natal. 61 minutes into the match, Bárcenal United's Octavio Hurko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felix Rius narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Felix Rius was a little too slow when Octavio Hurko got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 0-4. 70 minutes into the match, Paysandu's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Hurko came free, but Felix Rius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Octavio Hurko came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Bárcenal United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Octavio Hurko couldn't finish the play. Flavio Claus kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Felix Rius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavio Hurko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Octavio Hurko came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Bárcenal United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Octavio Hurko couldn't finish the play. The Paysandu fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bárcenal United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
