Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Anibal Caetano got the match started through his kick off. Nestor Botello took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iker Corderro. Iker Corderro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, Nestor Botello notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Laufer FC's Iker Corderro. Iker Corderro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Gabriel Ostots had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anibal Caetano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nestor Botello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Nestor Botello sped through Laufer FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Iker Corderro. Nestor Botello struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Iker Corderro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Medrano FC. If Nestor Botello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Medrano FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nestor Botello was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Nestor Botello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Corderro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute, Jesus Rameriz made a precise shot to the right of Donato Gudesteo. Medrano FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Donato Gudesteo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Ostots, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After a rather tough play, Medrano FC's Marciano Chaime got a free kick in the 64th minute. If Gabriel Ostots had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donato Gudesteo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anibal Caetano, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 73 minutes into the game, Federico Hermon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Laufer FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Medrano FC the free kick. Iker Corderro made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Florencio Chayo sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raimundo Ereinotz got free with Iker Corderro in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leon Araoz's late challenge caught a Medrano FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leon Araoz helped the player get up and apologised. 82 minutes into the game, Medrano FC's Raimundo Ereinotz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iker Corderro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. During the 86th minute of the match Leon Araoz completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Leon Araoz a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 86 played minutes Laufer FC got a freekick which was hit by Leon Araoz. When Medrano FC's Raimundo Ereinotz, in the 89th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Medrano FC. In the 93rd minute, Raimundo Ereinotz made a precise shot to the right of Iker Corderro. Laufer FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Medrano FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
