Fabricio Feo succeeded in the game's 28th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. After 32 played minutes Capioví got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Modestio. Gabriel Gonza shot from long distance in the 33rd minute, but Godfredo Jaizki was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Pascual Esdras's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Godfredo Jaizki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Fidel Iaki might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damian Loren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fidel Iaki ran back to his position shaking his head. When Capioví's Fabricio Feo, in the 47th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Capioví.

Pascual Esdras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Atreucó FC's goalkeeper Damian Loren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fidel Iaki. Capioví's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabricio Feo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damian Loren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Damian Loren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Iaki, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Capioví had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
