Americo Palban was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Armando Gilesindo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Gilesindo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Americo Palban having to interfere. Americo Palban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saverio Firmin in the 23rd minute of play. If Erasmo Hibai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 31 played minutes Chiriguanos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Fonso. The audience held their breath when Americo Calvino in the 37th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Americo Palban's left hand side. In the 39th minute Saverio Firmin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Palban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Armando Gilesindo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Saverio Firmin might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Americo Palban. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Saverio Firmin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 47th minute Armando Gilesindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Palban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alejandro Ospetsu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pringles FC's Alejandro Ospetsu got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Saverio Firmin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Americo Palban was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Pringles FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Froilan Santana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Armando Gilesindo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Americo Palban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
