Marciano Eutor ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Manzano FC's zone, Venancio Millano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgardo Iraunkor came out of the goal and Venancio Millano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Venancio Millano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Iraunkor having to interfere. Venancio Millano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With an all-out effort, Monsalvo AFC's Edgardo Iraunkor threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Venancio Millano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Millano in the 27th minute of play forced Manzano FC's goalkeeper Edgardo Iraunkor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 30 played minutes Monsalvo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Millano. If Robustiano Derwin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emiliano Bartoli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgardo Mannie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Derwin in the 34th minute of play forced Monsalvo AFC's goalkeeper Edgardo Mannie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Robustiano Derwin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Manzano FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Elvio Aires hit a great ball. In the 47th minute Emiliano Bartoli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgardo Mannie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robustiano Derwin to strike the kick off in the second half. Robustiano Derwin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Edgardo Mannie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Robustiano Derwin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th minute, Robustiano Derwin fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Edgardo Mannie, passed just outside the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Manzano FC's Robustiano Derwin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edgardo Mannie. That made the score 0-1 after 76 minutes of play. Robustiano Derwin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgardo Mannie having to make a save. Edgardo Mannie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robustiano Derwin in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Venancio Millano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgardo Iraunkor. Manzano FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Venancio Millano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The Manzano FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Monsalvo AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
