Marcelo Firmin came out of the goal and Rodolfo Mikolas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th minute, Daniel Oier fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Marcelo Firmin, passed just outside the right post. 9 minutes into the game, Albino Ixidor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hickman FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arroyito the free kick. Albino Ixidor hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute, Fidel Orlo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. With an all-out effort, Arroyito's Marcelo Firmin threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Faustino Bernal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After having played for 73 minutes, Fidel Orlo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arroyito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fidel Orlo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Oier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcelo Firmin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Oier, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Hickman FC's Marcelo Firmin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidel Orlo in the 80th minute of play. After 83 minutes of play, Arroyito's Daniel Oier made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcelo Firmin was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Daniel Oier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelo Firmin was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Marcelo Firmin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Orlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th match minute, Hickman FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albino Ixidor to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, one of Hickman FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hickman FC. 100 minutes into the match, Hickman FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Oier came free, but Marcelo Firmin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelo Firmin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Oier in the 102nd minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Arroyito players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
