Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Amadeo Mikeldi started the match with the kick off. Esteban Erroman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Theodore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Mburucuyá AFC booed when Hornillos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genaro Milio didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Conrado Abel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mburucuyá AFC's Victorino Ourente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Mikeldi in the 13th minute of play. Esteban Erroman came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Mburucuyá AFC's Adrian Theodore. But to his dismay, Adrian Theodore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 19thth minute of the game Eustacio Intxixu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hornillos FC's Esteban Erroman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Victorino Ourente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeo Mikeldi, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 32 minutes, Victorino Ourente successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Conrado Abel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adrian Theodore succeeded in the game's 37th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. After 40 minutes, Conrado Abel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hornillos FC and the Mburucuyá AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Conrado Abel hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Mburucuyá AFC's Victorino Ourente got control of the ball when Conrado Abel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mburucuyá AFC's Adrian Theodore got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When Genaro Milio fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hornillos FC's protests and gave Genaro Milio a yellow card for diving instead. Genaro Milio kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adrian Theodore got free with Esteban Erroman in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eustacio Intxixu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Erroman having to interfere. Mburucuyá AFC's Adrian Theodore got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Esteban Erroman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustacio Intxixu in the 70th minute of the match. Angel Kemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Erroman having to interfere. After 77 played minutes, Hornillos FC's Jairo Erruki shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Victorino Ourente came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hornillos FC reached it. Adrian Theodore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Esteban Erroman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eustacio Intxixu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 94th minute, Eustacio Intxixu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hornillos FC's goalkeeper Esteban Erroman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 97thth minute of the game Amadeo Mikeldi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mburucuyá AFC's Victorino Ourente was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match was over Mburucuyá AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hornillos FC throughout the match.
