Santiago Lluciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adolfo Henric hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Ezequiel Raitin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, Potrerillo FC's Ezequiel Raitin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Santiago Lluciano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Santiago Lluciano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iker Bilintx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gervasio Leizarraga hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Godofredo Quinten made the kick off in the second half. When Miguel Matei came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Bourdiecianos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Matei couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Miguel Matei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bourdiecianos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Matei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cipriano Cordario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Iker Bilintx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. With his leg Santiago Lluciano managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when Potrerillo FC's Iker Bilintx fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
