Vinicio Gorka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Juvenal, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Western Province's Cleto Barto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomas Eate narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Llevallol AFC's zone, Cleto Barto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomas Eate came out of the goal and Cleto Barto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22ndth minute of the game Cleto Barto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Llevallol AFC's Tomas Eate was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eloy Juvenal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Vinicio Gorka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Eate made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Leo Su sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Eloy Juvenal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vinicio Gorka was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Edgard Artizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Gorka having to interfere. Vinicio Gorka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Lekubegi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgard Artizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Vinicio Gorka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Western Province's Vinicio Gorka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eloy Juvenal in the 42nd minute of play. Eloy Juvenal took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vinicio Gorka. Vinicio Gorka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After the first half Llevallol AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Cleto Barto made the kick off in the second half. Cleto Barto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Tomas Eate tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Llevallol AFC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Donato Lekubegi hit a great ball. Edgard Artizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Gorka having to interfere. Western Province's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Eloy Juvenal 73 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. Leo Su's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomas Eate read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Leo Su sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Eate made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Barto in the 83rd minute of play. The supporters of Western Province booed when Llevallol AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Lekubegi didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Cleto Barto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloy Juvenal in the 89th minute of play forced Western Province's goalkeeper Vinicio Gorka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Llevallol AFC's Edgard Artizar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vinicio Gorka narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vinicio Gorka was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and Eloy Juvenal capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eloy Juvenal really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Llevallol AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
