Vinicio Gorka acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 5th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Danilo Etor. 6 minutes into the match, Yeso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cleto Barto came free, but Cornelio Misael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vinicio Gorka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Cordaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Cleto Barto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Cordaro in the 15th minute of play forced Western Province's goalkeeper Vinicio Gorka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cornelio Misael stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristobal Calvet's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. 24 minutes into the game, Western Province's Cleto Barto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cornelio Misael made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A hard shot 32 in the game by Romeo Cordaro from a close distance when the talented Vinicio Gorka managed to make a qualified save. Western Province's players were relieved. Cristobal Calvet hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Western Province's Vinicio Gorka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Cordaro in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Cordaro in the 42nd minute of play forced Western Province's goalkeeper Vinicio Gorka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honorato Cedro hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. With his leg Vinicio Gorka managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when Yeso FC's Jeremias Txomin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erasmo Cresenciano during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 47 played minutes Western Province got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Cresenciano. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Romeo Cordaro to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Jeremias Txomin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yeso FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Rene Uzuri hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Edgardo Orlan hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute Cleto Barto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Misael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Western Province's Vinicio Gorka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Cordaro in the 70th minute of play. Jeremias Txomin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Gorka having to interfere. Cristobal Calvet hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Jeremias Txomin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yeso FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeremias Txomin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vinicio Gorka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Western Province getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Cristobal Calvet hit a great ball.
